Shipping Policy
Shipping Fee for West Malaysia is RM8, East Malaysia is RM15.
Free Shipping is available for orders above RM200 to Malaysia only.
We can only send orders to street address in Malaysia. We do not deliver to p.o. box address. At the time of delivery, you may be required to validate the delivery of the products by signing-off with the delivery personnel. You agree to inspect the packing of the parcel and to ensure the seal is not damaged or opened before you sign for received products. Please check the content of the parcel if you found the seal is broken and you may refuse to sign for received products.
We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. We do not cater to any special packaging at this moment. We are only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place your order separately for each unique address.
Overseas Shipping
Delivery countries: Hong Kong, Macao, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, Korea, Japan, France, UK, Italy, Spain and German and etc.

Delivery lead times are as follows:
– West Malaysia : 2 – 5 working days for your order to arrive.
– East Malaysia : 2 – 7 working days for your order to arrive.
– Singapore : 3 – 7 working days for your order to arrive.
– Oversea : 3-10 workings days for your order to arrive.

Oversea services:
– Due to time-consuming and complicated return procedure of overseas parcel, we do not provide return service to overseas members. Before making your payment, please make sure that your color and size are accurate when placing an order. We appreciate your understanding. Finishing your order indicates that you agree with our policy.
Return & Exchange Policy
We only allow size exchange on sold items based on the following terms & condition.
All return MUST be sent back to Cherry Q office strictly within 7 working days from the day of parcel received (based on courier tracking number record).
Buyer need to bear the postage fees for size exchange.
All items returned for exchange MUST be in NEW and original condition with label/tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Cherry Q Holdings reserves the rights to reject return request that does not meet the above criteria. Returns that does not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined and forfeited.
Size doesn’t fit buyer
NOTE: PERSONAL PREFERENCES such as (ie. Style/Design/etc. not suitable) reasonings are NOT ALLOWED for exchange or refund once purchased.
If the return/purchased item is out of stock in other size(s)/colour(s), buyer can choose to exchange for other item with equivalent value or top up the difference for higher value item. Strictly no cash refund is allowed.
Each purchased item is only entitled to one (1) time return and exchange process. The exchanged item is not eligible for another time of return and exchange.
(*All item colour may vary subject to studio lighting. There may be slight color variation in actual item vs item image. Colour may appear darker or lighter and will not be considered defective. Actual item measurement may vary from 1cm to 2cm in measurement subject to different material quality and measurement method and will not be considered defective.
